How to do this work:

• We relate spiritually through the use of symbols and metaphors.

• Even if this type of work is new for you or you don’t feel you are a great visualizer, it is likely that, after a few tries, you will be able to create the appropriate symbol for you.

• Not everyone considers themselves to be visual yet everyone (no matter what sense is dominant) can construct a visual image through their other senses. This is just how our brains are wired. If you are not a strongly visual person, you can still sense an image through intuition or a sense of knowing.

• If you are feeling blocked – it is often a protective instinct (this is especially true if you are disassociated, in pain, or simply don’t like your body) and we can try some strategies to help
